16 Convicts Attempt 'Shawshank Redemption' in Mizoram, 13 Re-Arrested

Sixteen convicts in Mizoram attempted a prison break, reminiscent of 'Shawshank Redemption', but 13 of them were re-arrested. The alleged fraud related to their escape began in January and was only detected recently.
