Nestlé Plans to Replace Scientific Ingredient Names with Simpler Terms

Nestlé believes that the scientific names of ingredients are intimidating to consumers and plans to replace them with more understandable terms, such as 'Vitamin C' instead of 'ascorbic acid' and 'Vitamin A' instead of 'beta-carotene'.
