Driver Accused of Negligent Homicide and Omission of Aid in Pedro Sobral Case
The Public Prosecutor's Office has accused the driver who ran over Pedro Sobral of negligent homicide and omission of aid. The driver also faces charges of dangerous driving and four serious and very serious road infractions, with a request for him to be deemed unfit to drive and have his license revoked.
