Bosnian House of Peoples Deemed Dysfunctional by SDS Delegate
Želimir Nešković, an SDS delegate and vice-president, stated that the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina is completely dysfunctional, with HDZ and SNSD parties intentionally breaking quorum.
