NDK Tunnel in Sofia to Close for Tram Track Relocation on Skobelev Blvd
The tunnel under the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia will be closed to facilitate the relocation of tram tracks along Skobelev Boulevard, a project for which three companies have submitted bids.
