Former Austrian Environment Minister Gewessler Avoids Charges

Former Austrian Environment Minister Leonore Gewessler will not face charges at the Constitutional Court (VfGH) regarding her decision to halt the Lobau tunnel and other projects. A motion by the FPÖ was rejected in the constitutional committee.
