Lithuanian Gymnasium Stops Offering Russian as Second Foreign Language

A gymnasium in Panevėžys, Lithuania, will no longer offer Russian as a second foreign language starting in September, becoming one of the first in the region to do so. The decision reflects a decreasing popularity of the language and weakening ties with Russia.
