Complaints about digital services, Instagram and Facebook, triple in Portugal

Portugal's Anacom received 237 complaints about digital services in 2025, a threefold increase from the previous year. Instagram accounted for 36% of complaints and Facebook 24%, with undue account suspension being the main reason.
