Thomas Stelzer Re-elected Head of ÖVP Upper Austria with 99.6%

Thomas Stelzer was re-elected as the head of the ÖVP Upper Austria with 99.6% of the votes, an increase of 2.5 percentage points from 2022. Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer was also elected as the new vice-chairman with 99.5%.
