Commission Hears of Repeated Break-ins Before Cocaine Theft at Hawks Facility

A commission heard that chain-of-custody protocols were not followed and forensic processing requirements were not met during repeated break-ins at a Hawks facility, preceding the theft of 541kg of cocaine.
