German Justice Minister proposes limiting insult protection to local politicians
Hesse's Justice Minister Christian Heinz is advocating for a change to Paragraph 118 of the German Criminal Code. He proposes that legal protection against insults, currently extended to all politicians, should in the future be limited only to local politicians.
