Ghana Court Grants Time for Plea Bargain Talks in EXIM Bank Fraud Case
An Accra High Court has granted the Attorney-General's Office and lawyers for Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, known as Chairman Wontumi, until July 6, 2026. This extension is to allow them to report on plea bargain talks in a GH¢30 million EXIM bank fraud case.
