Housing ministry reorganised: DDA, PMAY-U and RERA brought under new structure

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has been reorganized into two distinct departments. The Department of Capital Development will now oversee Delhi's infrastructure and development projects. Meanwhile, the Department of Urban Development will focus on national housing policy and urban schemes. Key real estate bodies like DDA and RERA now fall under separate administrative wings. This restructuring aims to improve the administration of the national capital and urban development.
