Pogoda dopisuje, nad Wisłą tłumy, a pawilony na bulwarach święcą pustkami. Tylko w dwóch można usiąść i napić się kawy. Restauratorzy nie garną się do prowadzenia tam działalności, bo sezon krótki, a czynsz wysoki.
