Leiria Mayor Urges IPMA to Improve Storm Kristin Forecasts
Two months after Storm Kristin, the Mayor of Leiria has called on the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) to analyze and improve its forecasting methods, noting that young scientists had more accurate predictions.
