Catalan High Court Orders Enforcement of Ruling Annuling Catalan Language Decree in Schools

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has ordered the enforcement of the sentence that annuls the decree intended to protect the Catalan language in schools, which will facilitate legal support for teachers disciplined for teaching in Spanish.
