Ukraine to challenge reinstatement of Russian Olympic Committee

Ukraine will lodge an appeal against the decision to provisionally lift the suspension of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC), Ukrainian Sports Minister Matvii Bidnyi announced in a post on LinkedIn on Wednesday. Earlier this month, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) decided to lift sanctions on Russian athletes with a view to the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
