Ancient Irish Site Identified as Oldest Urban Center in Western Europe
A 3000-year-old unassuming hill near Armagh, previously thought to be a precursor to Navan Fort, has been revealed by new scans to be a significant Bronze Age urban settlement, making it the oldest in Western Europe.
