A new service called "První dotek" (First Touch) has been launched in the Karlovy Vary region of the Czech Republic to support pregnant women and new mothers, aiming to prevent child abandonment. The initiative, offered by Social Services in Kynšperk nad Ohří, emphasizes skin-to-skin contact to foster maternal bonding.
