Vukčević Appointed Acting President of Montenegro's Court of Appeals

The Judicial Council of Montenegro has appointed Vukčević as the acting president of the Court of Appeals and noted the termination of Veljko Vujović's tenure as an Administrative Court judge at his personal request.
