Hessian judges caught using ChatGPT with tracking links in rulings
Judges at the Hessian Administrative Court of Appeal were found to have used Artificial Intelligence, specifically ChatGPT, for official decisions. The use of AI was exposed when the judges inadvertently included the software's tracking links directly within the text of their rulings.
