Lithuania Prohibits Cultivation and Trade of Invasive Lupines

As lupines begin to bloom, environmentalists in Lithuania are reminding the public that the cultivation, propagation, exchange, import, transfer, or trade of these and other invasive species without the necessary permit is prohibited.
