Former Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Artan Grubi Arrested at Border

Artan Grubi, who had been unreachable by law enforcement and had a 30-day detention order issued in absentia, was arrested at the Blace border crossing. He was reportedly in Kosovo with diplomatic plates and a businessman.
