Repeat Offender Charged in Fatal Charlotte Hit-and-Run

Thomas Haynes, a repeat offender with over 20 prior charges, has been accused of second-degree murder after allegedly killing 23-year-old Sophie Klippel in a hit-and-run crash in Charlotte and then fleeing the scene.
