Man Arrested for Attacking Women with Scissors in Noida

A man identified as Ankit Verma has been arrested in Ghaziabad for allegedly attacking women with scissors in Noida. Police used electronic surveillance and local intelligence to identify him and recover the weapon and scooter used in the attacks.
