Hold departure order issued vs Eric, Edvic Yap over flood control mess
MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan has granted the request by state prosecutors to issue a precautionary hold departure order (HDO) against Benguet Rep. Eric Yap and his brother, former ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Edvic Yap, over the alleged anomalous infrastructure projects in La Union handled by a construction company linked to them.
