Restaurant Nebo is in the hands of young chef Gabriela Filca

Twenty-five-year-old chef Gabriela Filca steps out of the shadow of her mentor Srdoč and takes over the authorial signature of Rijeka's Michelin-starred restaurant. She is also establishing her own family farm.
