Kanlaon emits ash 19 times, registers 18 volcanic quakes

BACOLOD CITY – Kanlaon Volcano emitted ash 19 times and had 18 volcanic earthquakes in the last two days, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported. The volcano had six ash emissions on Tuesday, the longest of which lasted from 8:58 a.m. to 12:31 p.m., or for three hours and 33 minutes. READ:
