DOLE Issues Labor Day Guidelines, Updates on Wage Hike Petitions

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has released payment guidelines for employees working on Labor Day and announced that wage hikes are taking effect in Regions 10 and 13. The department also indicated that a decision on petitions for a P1,200 daily minimum wage in the National Capital Region (NCR) is expected by July.
