Power outages, school closures continue in Quebec following freezing rain, snow in much of the province

Icy road conditions and power outages have closed some schools for the day. Service on Montreal's light-rail network was also disrupted between the Gare Centrale and Brossard stations because of weather conditions Thursday morning.
