Russian Attacks Hit Residential Areas in Sumy and Zhytomyr Regions

Russian overnight attacks have struck residential areas and infrastructure in Ukraine's Romny, Sumy region, injuring three people. Another attack in the Zhytomyr region also damaged infrastructure and injured one person.
