Ukraine attacks Belgorod and Luhansk, causing fires and power outages

Ukraine carried out overnight attacks on a thermal power plant in Russia's Belgorod and an oil depot in occupied Luhansk. These strikes caused power outages and fires, as part of a strategy to weaken the Russian military.
