EasyJet Agrees to Castlelake's Latest Bid Exceeding £5 Billion

EasyJet has reached a principal agreement to be acquired by the American fund Castlelake, which manages $36 billion and holds a 2.14% stake in the airline, accepting its fifth offer for approximately £5.2 billion.
