Icelandic Fire Department Admits Negligence Before Teen's Death in Fire
The acting fire chief in the Reykjavik capital area admitted that the fire department failed to conduct fire safety inspections at the Stuðlar treatment center for two years before a 17-year-old boy died in a fire there last October.
