Lenovo and other tech companies are suing the US government for refunds on tariffs imposed by former President Trump, which the Supreme Court recently deemed unconstitutional. The companies argue the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) did not grant the President authority to levy these duties, seeking reimbursement for payments made.
