Montenegro Appeals Court Overturns 'Veruša' Case Verdict, Orders Retrial

Montenegro's Court of Appeals has overturned a High Court verdict in the 'Veruša' case, accepting appeals from both the Special State Prosecutor's Office and the defense, and ordering a retrial.
