Few Child Welfare Facilities Deemed 'Very Safe' in Austria

Only 16 percent of child and youth welfare facilities are considered 'very safe' in Austria, with the situation in facilities for unaccompanied minor refugees being particularly precarious, according to the Ombudsman's Office.
