Polish National Council of the Judiciary Faces 'Shell' Threat

Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, head of Poland's National Council of the Judiciary (KRS), warns that the council is threatened with becoming a 'shell' entity, while supporting presidential proposals to end judicial anarchy.
