Property Administration Rejects Common Land Registration, Citing Need for All Residents' Consent

Montenegro's Property Administration has rejected the registration of common land for 12 apartment owners in a "Zetagradnja-Čelebić" complex, stating that the consent of all nearly one thousand residents is required for the registration.
