Rail Baltica Special Plan Approved for Kaunas-Vilnius Route
The Lithuanian government has approved the special plan for the Kaunas–Vilnius section of the 'Rail Baltica' project, which will reduce travel time to just 38 minutes. Procedures for land acquisition for public needs in the Kaunas and Jonava districts will also commence.
