Former FRY Foreign Minister Vladislav Jovanović Passes Away
Vladislav Jovanović, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, has passed away. He was known for leading several Yugoslav delegations in peace and other negotiations during the 1990s.
