The insurer wrongfully rejected the personal accident claim, despite the victim holding a policy linked to his Kisan Credit Card. The commission found the rejection unjustified, awarding the full sum with interest, compensation for hardship, and litigation costs, emphasizing the insurance company's deficient service.
