Latvian Ministry and Rēzekne Municipality Disagree on 'Gors' Management Bill
Latvia's Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development (VARAM) has not approved a bill for managing the 'Gors' cultural center in Rēzekne, proposing instead that other founders could join the foundation.
