Swedish ICA Chain Promises Full VAT Reduction to Customers

All 1,300 ICA stores in Sweden will pass on the entire VAT reduction to customers, according to sales manager Jan Prokopec, who stated it is in everyone's interest for the reduction to fully reach consumers.
