Albanian Man Wanted for AKSHI Tender Scandal Arrested in France
Ermal Beqiri, wanted by SPAK for his alleged involvement in the AKSHI tender scandal, was arrested in France while flying a helicopter over a nuclear power plant. Beqiri claimed he was speaking with his mother on the phone at the time of his arrest, and suspicious equipment was found in his possession.
