Man Shot Multiple Times in Sarandë, Police Investigate
A 50-year-old man, Thimjo Rubati, was shot nine times in Sarandë by assailants who fled on a motorcycle. Rubati, who has a criminal past including human trafficking and kidnapping, is in stable condition as police conduct land and sea searches for the perpetrators.
