I bi Memorandum. Po njemu i u njemu se združiše ideolozi, popovi, lopovi, pa grunuše topovi. Zatim biše rat, ubistva, silovanja, pljačke, razaranja, sagrešenja, pošasti i propasti svake vrste. A onda nakon četrdeset godina, gle čuda, - ne božijeg, već ljudskog - eto opet Memoranduma, kao da ni prolazio nije.
