Navi Mumbai hit-and-run: 24-year-old biker's head severed after rear-impact crash; pillion critical

A 24-year-old man was tragically killed in a hit-and-run on Palm Beach Road near Sanpada, his head severed due to the severe impact. The 19-year-old pillion rider sustained serious injuries and is in the ICU. Police are investigating the incident, which occurred after the victims returned from Holika Dahan celebrations.
