Mobile Suica and PASMO Experience Charging and Purchase Issues
Since the morning of July 1st, users of Mobile Suica and Mobile PASMO, used for public transport payments, have been experiencing difficulties with charging and purchasing commuter passes. JR East and other operators are investigating the cause and working to restore services.
