Netflix is expanding its content by licensing video series from top digital publishers, including Penske Media brands like Variety, Rolling Stone, Billboard, and The Hollywood Reporter, as well as Condé Nast, Hearst, BuzzFeed Studios, and People, with offerings ranging from shorts to 20-minute episodes available starting in August.
